Notes From Practice: 9/22

Today was a very go-through-the-motions day. Nothing huge happened and everything stayed the same as practices before, including Jaromir Jagr sitting out.

It’s good to see that there are no serious injuries among Ryane Clowe and Andrei Loktionov as they will likely be key components in the New Jersey Devils’ successes this season.

Tedenby had a good showing in the preseason opener against the New York Rangers, so I’d love to see him on the ice again to see any more improvement.

From the beginning, Jaromir Jagr was always able to play if he had to but the Devils will continue to keep it safe.

Everyone that practices tomorrow morning will not be playing that night in Montreal so early on we will have a good idea on who is playing. The players playing will certainly be mentioned in the preview tomorrow so stay tuned.

It has been confirmed that Martin Brodeur will play the entire game Monday night also.
