Season Series:
This is the final game of a four-game season series. The Jackets have taken the first three and look to come into the Prudential Center to sweep the Devils in 2013-14. The last game finished 2-1 in a shootout on Dec. 27th.

Big Story:
This is the first game back for both teams following the Olympic break. Both teams are in the midst of a battler for a playoff spot. Columbus currently sits just three points out of the race, while the Devils are five. Each game is crucial and every point lost can break your season.

Team Scope:
Columbus - The Jackets have had their forward Marian Gaborik cleared for action after breaking his collarbone on Dec. 21st in Philadelphia. However, his play status is still up for question. The Jackets had their Russian Olympians return from Russia over the weekend after a disappointing loss to Finland in the quarterfinals.

New Jersey - The Devils are set to get back to action and are well rested as well. The team only had four olympians in Damien Brunner, Patrik Elias, Jaromir Jagr, and Marek Zidlicky. The Devils also recalled rookie defenseman Eric Gelinas from Albany and he should be in the lineup for tonight’s game.

Injury Report:
Jackets right wing Jared Boll (foot) and defenseman James Wisniewski (broken toe) will be out tonight. Devils defenseman Anton Volchenkov has resumed practice during the break and is good to go.
