Well, this homestand will not only be known for the group of games that squashed the playoff hopes of the team from Newark but also the reunion tour.

Tomorrow night, Zach Parise will return to the Prudential Center for the first time since he left for his hometown Minnesota Wild. Last season, due to the lockout, the teams in the East never played the teams in the West so they still have not met since he left the summer after they lost Game 6.

Not only will there be a triumphant reunion tomorrow night, David Clarkson will be returning to the Prudential Center for the first time since leaving for his, you guessed it, hometown Toronto Maple Leafs for Sunday’s game.

This is all while Ilya Kovalchuk left for his, once again, hometown Russia. Ok, maybe that isn’t a hometown but it’s close enough.

Time to get guys that don’t have hometowns.

So, whether you are attending tomorrow’s game or not, I pose this question for the Devils Army?

Will you boo Zach Parise, or will you cheer for the service he has done for this team?

Personally, I would cheer. But hey, that’s just me.

He will certainly be a pretty high seed on the Greatest Devils of All Time Tournament. Label that as “In Development.”
