The 82nd and final game of the 2013-14 NHL Regular Season for the New Jersey Devils will unfold at the Prudential Center.

Cory Schneider officially made his final start on Thursday in the shootout loss as Martin Brodeur is being given the start at the Prudential Center for possibly the last time of his career.

This season has been one big cluster of speculation when it comes to Marty, and soon that speculation will finally end. Whether he announces his retirement right away or he tests free agency, we will know soon enough.

Brodeur has been one of the 5 faces of the organization in its history and will join Scott Stevens, Scott Niedermayer, and Kenny Daneyko up in the rafters. Shortly, Patrik Elias will join them as well.

The Devils will be missing the playoffs for the third time in 4 years, with a Stanley Cup Finals run in between them, and the organization will be faced with serious questions going into the offseason.

There are plenty of players who are on their way out and many more guys through the Draft and Free Agency to add to the team.

Enjoy the Season Finale and quite possibly the Martin Brodeur Finale.
