Seven games last night saw 14 teams in action with two games ending in a shootout. There were 2 inter-conference games that saw a 1-1 tie between the conferences. 2 games stayed within a certain division, one being in the Metropolitan Division and one in the Central Division.

Overall there were a few games from last night’s NHL results that altered playoff landscapes and one that shook around the wild card race in the Eastern Conference.
