The top 250 fantasy hockey rankings on NHL.com are not kind to the New Jersey Devils. It seems like year after year the team gets no respect from national media, but that is no here nor there. All that matters is that you know what your doing and pick out gems when it comes to building a Fantasy Hockey winner in 2018.

20. Taylor Hall

Lets start with the obvious. Taylor Hall was the MVP of the National Hockey League for the 2017-18 season. He had 39 goals and 54 assists for 93 points, which was good for 6th in the league. Right now as we stand in August, Hall is 20th on NHL.com’s fantasy rankings.

That is incredibly low when you think about it. He was 6th in scoring, with the 18 year old rookie in the middle of his line. If Nico Hischier has growth in him from last year to this year, the New Jersey Devils Hart Trophy defender and his fantasy owners could be the biggest beneficiaries.
