Edmonton Oilers

The very best player in the world resides in Edmonton, Alberta. His name is Connor McDavid and he is in the middle of another banner season. Edmonton could really use some help on the wing. It looks like they might finally get back to the playoffs again this year but another good sniper would do them really good.

They, like Pittsburgh, have two very elite centers. Obviously, McDavid goes without saying but Leon Draisaitl is right behind McDavid for the league lead in points. Sometimes, McDavid and Drasaitl play on the same line with Leon on the wing but they are best served with them on separate lines. It helps them with center depth so giving one of them Palmieri would go a long way.

They also have the ability to put together an elite power play. Adding a one-time or wrist shot like Palmieri to the mix would do wonders for them. Drasaitl is also one of the very best goal scorers on the planet so having Palmieri on the other side would make McDavid’s job so much easier. It would be incredibly entertaining for hockey fans across the world. Not everyone is capable of playing with elite players like that and Palmeri is definitely someone who is.
