Benjamin has spent his first couple years out of college writing and working as a broadcaster in the northeast Pennsylvania area. He has worked as the In-Studio host for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the AHL and covered them for The Times Leader. He also works afternoons on Audacy's Wilkes-Barre/Scranton radio stations
