3. Who will lead the series in points for the Devils? Hurricanes?

Villano: Strangely, Dougie Hamilton is going to lead the Devils in points. I'll go with Sebastian Aho for the Canes.

Parise: Luke Hughes will lead New Jersey in points. They need their power play to cook and everything goes through him at the point these days. Seth Jarvis, who has a great playoff skill set, is the guy for Carolina.

Bailey: I predict Nico Hischier will lead the Devils in scoring in this playoff series and Seth Jarvis will lead the Hurricanes.

Borges: I am expecting some big things this series from Timo Meier. Meier will lead the Devils in scoring this series. Seth Jarvis will lead the Canes in scoring this series. He is a pain to play against and someone the Devils could have had in the 2020 NHL Draft.

DeLuca: Devils scoring leader will be Jesper Bratt. Hurricanes will find most of their points from Taylor Hall ;).

Matthews: Jesper Bratt for the Devils. Don't sleep on Taylor Hall. He had 18 points in 31 games played for the Hurricanes this season.

Streeter: I'm going to say Jesper Bratt will lead the series in points for the Devils and that Seth Jarvin will lead the series for Carolina.

Rubin: Devils: Jesper Bratt
Hurricanes: Seth Jarvis

Annaluru: For the Devils, it will be Timo Meier. For the Canes, it will be Seth Jarvis.

Miller: It might be the easy answer but Jesper Bratt will lead the Devils in points in all likelihood, thanks to his strong vision and puck handling abilities. I expect Seth Jarvis to continue his offensive success from the regular season and lead the Hurricanes in either goals or points (or both).

Stanislau: For the Devils, I see it being Dawson Mercer. He tends to thrive in situations against the Hurricane’s in the regular season, but he knows how the Hurricanes goaltending works. For Carolina it’s Dmitry Orlov, The Russian just has a knack for pestering the Devils over his career with the Washington Capitals, and if the Devils can stop him and slow down Seth Jarvis, it’ll be a lot harder for Carolina to muster up a offensive barrage.

Garrison: Nico Hischier could be the Devils' leading points scorer this series. He has been a great point scorer this season, and his experience can help the new guys in these games. Carolina’s main scorer will be Sebastian Aho, who has been dominant in playoff games before.
