Konsta Helenius is a great player that the New Jersey Devils may want

The New Jersey Devils may love the idea of adding a center like Konsta Helenius. He is a brilliant two-way guy who can play well in every zone.

He has a good shot and can create plays using his intelligence and bursts of speed. The Devils would put players around him who could take advantage of these skills.

The biggest advantage to Helenius's game is his defense. He can shut people down and is aggressive when he doesn't have the puck. He works hard on every shift which is a sign of his willingness to do what he can to help the team win.

New Jersey has Nico Hischier and he is a high-end two-way player. However, adding another one of these guys lower in the lineup is something that the Devils need to do with some of the changes that were forced on them recently.

This team has a lot of potential and oddsmakers really like them in 2024-25. Now, adding another high-end prospect would do wonders for them and this is their chance. They hope that this is the last time they are picking in the top ten for a long time.
